Brett Barley Surfs Above The Arctic Circle

No stranger to cold water surfing, Brett Barley pushed the envelope recently on a trip to the outer reaches of the Arctic Circle. While we can't disclose the exact location, think well north of the Arctic Circle and you're getting warm (well, not really).

Despite a thick layer of neoprene, Barley put on a show at a fun looking left point and a slabby right while riding a Blackout surfboard model.
