Tombstoning With Derek Dunfee

Last Spring we hired big wave surfer and budding photographer Derek Dunfee to shoot the Spring apparel collection—and he killed it! One of our favorites was the "Tombstone" video he did to highlight the Superbrand X Sketchy Tank collab. Little did we know at the time that Derek was an expert in tombstoning! Turns out that earlier in the year he had what he called the "worst wipeout of the year for me" at Mavericks. That's one hell of a way to draw inspiration DD!
